John Charles “Charlie” Edwards, 68, of Paw Paw, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at his home. Charlie was born October 1, 1951 in Sandwich, the son of John Franklin and Rita Mae (Keller) Edwards.
Charlie is survived by his sister, Cindy (Kerry) Green of Mt. Vernon, MO; sisters-in-law Linda Edwards and Christa Edwards, both of Paw Paw; nephews Curtis A. Edwards of Paw Paw, Ken (Maggie) Edwards of Spring Valley, IL, and Robert (Amber) Edwards of Earlville; several great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and many friends. He will be missed by all.
In addition to his parents, Charlie is preceded in death by a brother, Robert L. “Sam” Edwards and a niece, Courtney Edwards.
A celebration of life open house will be from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at Torman Funeral Home, 510 Flagg Street in Paw Paw. In accordance with Covid guidelines, masks must be worn, and social distancing guidelines should be followed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charlie’s memory may be directed to the Paw Paw Boys and Girls Club or the Paw Paw Fire Department.
