Stephen Eugene Haines, 71, of rural Paw Paw, IL, died Nov. 21, 2018 at home.
He was born May 12, 1947, in Mendota, IL, to Forest and Doris (Jump)Haines. He graduated from Paw Paw High School in 1965. He farmed in rural Paw Paw and drove a school bus for Indian Creek School District #425.
He is survived by one son, James Haines, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; four grandchildren Keyara, Kenon, and Nevaeh Haines, also of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and Evan Hale of Jefferson City, Missouri, and one sister and brother in law, Susan and Jim Cox of Shabbona, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Jenni, and Dorothy Allen Haines, the mother of his children.
Burial of cremated remains will be Sunday, August 14, 2022, at Twin Grove Cemetery in rural Scarboro, IL with a short service beginning at 1:30 PM. There will be a funeral dinner following.
