Ron “Rondo” Robinson, 58, of Paw Paw, passed away Sunday May 31, 2015 at his residence after a 17 year battle with non-Hodgkins lymphoma. He was born November 30, 1956 in Hillsboro, IL, the son of Cecil and Joan (Homa) Robinson. He was united in marriage to Terri Williams on June 9, 1979 in Sandwich, IL.
Ron served in the United States Marine Corps, having entered right out of high school. His favorite station was in Okinawa, Japan. Soon after the Marines, he met his future wife, Terri. They were married and started a family, living in Sandwich and Wisconsin before finally settling back in Paw Paw. Ron worked at Dopaco Inc. in St. Charles, IL for over 20 years. He loved to fish and golf. He loved spending time outdoors and working on small projects in his man cave with his loyal sidekick, Molly. He was a big Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Terri; three sons, Shawn, Brandon, and Skyler Robinson; a grandson, Nathaniel; his mother, Joan Robinson; two brothers, Joseph and Derek Robinson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Cecil Robinson, and a brother, Richard Robinson.
A memorial service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the United Methodist Church of Paw Paw, 370 Wiley Avenue, in Paw Paw. Pastor Dave Holden will officiate. A visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service.

So sorry for the loss to the Robinson Family. Ron was a great man with a great personality. Always seemed to be able to have a good time in any situation. My sincerest condolences to the family.
