Earlene Moorehead, 91, of Paw Paw, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Heritage Health in Mendota. She was born August 20, 1925 in Belmont, IL, the daughter of Earl George and Dorothy (Tanquary) Horn. She was united in marriage to Richard Moorehead on December 7, 1943.
Earlene is survived by her children, Kerry (Becky) Moorehead, Georgia (Bob) Verdonck, and Bill (Sandy) Moorehead; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard, and a brother, Don Horn.
A memorial funeral service will be at 6:30 P.M. on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at the United Methodist Church of Paw Paw, 370 Wiley Avenue, Paw Paw, IL with Pastor Dave Holden officiating. A memorial visitation will be from 4:30 P.M. until the time of service at the church. Cremation care has been provided. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Earlene’s memory may be directed to the United Methodist Church of Paw Paw.
